टोला सेवक (शिक्षा सेवक )तालीमी मरकज का काम क्या होता है

शिक्षा सेवक एवं शिक्षा सेवक (तालीमी मरकज) का कार्य एवं दायित्व –

महादलित, दलित एवं अल्पसंख्यक अतिपिछड़ा वर्ग में साक्षरता, शिक्षा और सामाजिक सुधार के लिये शिक्षा सेवक एक सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता के रूप में काम करेंगे। उनका प्रमुख कार्य इस समुदाय के लोगों को साक्षर होने और शिक्षित बनने के लिये प्रेरित करना, तथा उन्हें सरकार द्वारा चलाये जा रहे साक्षरता, शिक्षा एवं सामाजिक सुधार की योजनाओं से जोड़ना है। इनके कार्यों एवं दायित्वों को निम्नांकित रूप में स्पष्ट किया जा सकता है:-

1. शिक्षा सेवक एवं शिक्षा सेवक (तालीमी मरकज) निर्धारित टोले के 6 से 14 आयु वर्ग के बच्चों को विद्यालय से जोड़ेंगे। उनकी उपस्थिति 75 प्रतिशत् या उससे अधिक बनाये रखने के लिये एवं छीजन कम करने के लिये काम करेंगे। इनकी भूमिका सुगमकर्त्ता (Facilitator ) एवं प्रेरक (Motivator) की होगी ।
2. टोले के बच्चों को जमा कर प्रारंभिक तैयारी कराकर प्रतिदिन एक साथ विद्यालय ले जायेंगे। विद्यालय प्रधान से सम्पर्क कर सबों के नामांकन एवं सीखने की व्यवस्था विद्यालय में करायेंगे । चेतना सभा में एवं आरंभ में दो घंटे विद्यालय में रहकर बच्चों को विद्यालय में दी जा रही शिक्षा के साथ जुड़ने में सहयोग करेंगे।
3. उपर्युक्त कार्य के लिये सर्वे द्वारा बच्चों की बाल पंजी एवं असाक्षर वयस्क महिलाओं / माताओं की पंजी तैयार करना, विद्यालय में नामांकन कराना, बच्चों को टोला से एक साथ विद्यालय पहुँचाना, कक्षा में बच्चे मुख्यधारा के साथ हों एवं सीखने के लिए तैयार हों, इसके लिए कार्य करना, विद्यालय के पूर्व बच्चों के लिये कोचिंग कक्षा का संचालन करना, समय-समय पर बच्चों की काउन्सलिंग करना, विद्यालय के शिक्षकों एवं अभिभावकों से नियमित संपर्क रखना उनके कार्य में शामिल होगा।
4. शिक्षा सेवक एवं शिक्षा सेवक (तालीमी मरकज) अपने टोले के 6 से 14 आयु वर्ग के बच्चों को विद्यालय आरंभ होने से पहले विद्यालय के लिए तैयार करेंगे, कोच (coach) करेंगे । इसके साथ ही वे 15 से 45 आयु वर्ग की असाक्षर महिलाओं को दोपहर में एक घंटे तक पढ़ाने का एवं बाद में टोलों में सम्पर्क का कार्य भी करेंगे।
