मुख्यमंत्री नितीश कुमार की महत्वकांक्षी सात निष्चय के अंतर्गत बिहार में प्रमुख रूप से बिहार के निवासियों के लिए, स्वयं सहायता भत्ता योजना जिसे बेरोजगारी भत्ता भी कहते है और बिहार स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड ( BSCC ), एवं कुशल युवा प्रोग्राम (कौशल विकास मिशन) चलायी जा रही है स्वयं सहायता भत्ता योजना में ऑनलाइन, आवेदन या ऑफलाइन आवेदन करके प्रति महीना 1000 रूपये 2 साल तक ले सकते है |
