B) CBSE/ICSE/BSEB से स्थायी संबद्धता प्राप्त विद्यालय में माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर न्यूनतम 12 वर्ष की लगातार सेवा।
C) राज्य सरकार के विद्यालय में पंचायती राज संस्था एवं नगर निकाय संस्था अन्तर्गत उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर न्यूनतम 04 वर्ष की लगातार सेवा।
D) CBSE/ICSE/BSEB से स्थायी संबद्धता प्राप्त विद्यालय में उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर न्यूनतम 10 वर्ष की लगातार सेवा।

भाग-I-एक सामान्य अध्ययन पत्र है, जिसके प्रश्न उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम से संबंधित होंगे, लेकिन इसका स्तर उम्मीदवार हेतु निर्धारित न्यूनतम अहर्ता के आलोक में होगा। इसमें प्राथमिक गणित एवं मानसिक योग्यता, राष्ट्रीय एवं अन्तरराष्ट्रीय घटनाचक्र, सामान्य विज्ञान, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन, भूगोल, भारतीय राजनीति इत्यादी शामिल हैं।
भाग-II-प्रधानाध्यापक के लिए बी.एड. विषय एक पत्र है। उक्त पत्र में बी.एड. विषय के प्रश्न होंगे। सामान्य अध्ययन एवं बी.एड. विषय का पाठ्यक्रम आयोग के वेबसाईट पर उपलब्ध है।
